Radeon 208 ROM flasher

Just a heads up. Evidently ATI and Versiontracker have been posting an 
older version of the Radeon 208 ROM flasher for quite some time. This 
flasher has a conflict with certain extensions that can cause a bad 
flash. It also can cause a blank screen on reboot. If a bad flash 
occurs, you can not correct it with this version. They should post the 
correct version today. The bad version has a creation date of Dec. 9th, 
2002. The good version has a creation date of Jan. 22nd, 2003. Kris
