Obviously you'll need a LocalTalk/serial cable between 605 and printer, and an Ethernet card in the 605's slot.
Once the LT Bridge is working, you can add a thing called Print66, which will let the 605 act as an lpd print spooler. Useful if you want to print from other boxes not given to speaking AppleTalk (such as Windows, Linux, BSD boxes).

Hi, I have a 9600/G4/700/1.2GB ram running 10.3.3. I would like to use my souped up Q605 as a print server so I could use my Personal Laserwriter. Could someone here make some suggestions on how to accomplish this? Programs & Hardware?
If I am on the wrong list please point me to the right one.
Thanks, Dennis
