ixMicro video card & OSX

I've got the following new items ready to go into a 9500: MACH 
carrierG4 450, Seagate 18 GB SCSI HD, 512 GB RAM. OSX 10.2.8 to 
follow via XPF.
It just occurred to me to double-check to make sure there will be no 
issues with the older ixMicro 3D Ultimate Rez video card in this 
machine with Jaguar.

Will OSX system drivers work on the card?
