Do you have them on primary and secondary channels?
If so make sure you have them on last plug on cable and them ensure they are set to master.
If on same bus then master on last plug on cable and slave on middle plug on cable.
Under OS 9 the drives are seen as SCSI drives with the tempo card under X they are seen as IDE.
Also make sure you have the most up to date firmware version for your card- www.sonnettech.com

I have a sonnet tempo 100 and i have 2 drives attached to it on my 9600, but only the first drive appears in OS X 10.3 both appear in OS 9.
Any ideas whats going wrong with it?
