A Starmax 4000 should theoretically be able to use 10.2 since it has a 604e. The only issue might be RAM limitations since 160MB is the max for that model, and OS X takes up at least 100MB in my experience (10.3 for me uses up 130MB).

Hi All,
I'm new to this list and I was just wondering whether anyone has heard of a Starmax 4000 with any version of OS X running on it. Unfortunately, it's just the basic configuration with 128 MBs of RAM. The only things I have added are an Asante NIC and a USB card. I just wanted to know before I go to the trouble of replacing the dinky 1.2 GB hard drive in there with something bigger. Thanks All.
