So it appears that Tiger requires built-in FireWire. What then about
add-ons such as PCI combo cards with both FireWire & USB (or PCI
firewire cards alone)? I imagine my ageing Gossamer should be able to
run Tiger (since it does run Panther with help from XpostFacto. I
might even consider making it up even more by adding a G4 processor
to it. Then what?
