Plain and simple.. Apple licenced it technology years ago to stay afloat in the big sea of computer manufacturers.. And unlike their intel producing compitition, they produced far superior hardware ( at least for longevity and reusability ) and thus it is expected for its users to update their systems to the current version of the OS.. and when they can't people write code to achieve it regardless ( ie : xPostFacto )...
Plain and simple regardless of what the licencing says it will be run on whatever people can run it on.. Including intel processors.. pearPC is a beautiful open source project.. So lets end this thread.. its getting a bit repeatative... Apple's up to it's ears in lawsuits coming and going so I hope they're not shortsighted enough to stalk such a minor piece of the computing continuum as Unsupported OS X. But then I hope to win a free million dollars one day and that hasn't happened either. -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[email protected]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> iPod Accessories for Less at 1-800-iPOD.COM Fast Delivery, Low Price, Good Deal www.1800ipod.com -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[email protected]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> iPod Accessories for Less at 1-800-iPOD.COM Fast Delivery, Low Price, Good Deal www.1800ipod.com
