Plain and simple.. Apple licenced it technology years ago to stay afloat in
the big sea of computer manufacturers.. And unlike their intel producing
compitition, they produced far superior hardware ( at least for longevity
and reusability ) and thus it is expected for its users to update their
systems to the current version of the OS.. and when they can't people write
code to achieve it regardless ( ie : xPostFacto )... 

Plain and simple regardless of what the licencing says it will be run on
whatever people can run it on.. Including intel processors.. pearPC is a
beautiful open source project..

So lets end this thread.. its getting a bit repeatative...

Apple's up to it's ears in lawsuits coming and going so I hope 
they're not shortsighted enough to stalk such a minor piece of the 
computing continuum as Unsupported OS X.  But then I hope to win a 
free million dollars one day and that hasn't happened either.
