hum. PowerPC-based Xbox. Guess Intel really really dropped the ball. I wouldn't be suprized if we see the Darwin guys on there pretty quick.

MS doing Xbox development on PowerMac G5's... Well, that's to be expected. And MS traditionally has always done a lot of dev work on Macs anyway.
