Geez, you could probably pick up a DVD-rom for < $20 if you wanted. DVD-R's are about $50-$70..I got one compatible with OS X 10.6 and above for $56 after rebates a year or so back.

Apple will send you CD's of tiger for $19 and your Tiger DVD.
