The former owner had it in his 9600 (now dead, I think, something about
overheating...). Bought it at an on-line auction for small change (well,
about USD 10 when you throw in a USB PCi card & P&P in Norway).
My 9600 has its original card in place. Thought it might come in handy,
possibly in my Desktop G3 (if there’s room inside the box), and if there
are speed advantages.
