Maximum running time of submissions should last no longer than 30 minutes. One author can submit to the festival any number of films or videos. Each film should be entered for one of the following categories. Documentary Fiction Animation Experimental Video art Special category No Copyright Only shorts created after the 1st of January, 2006 should be submitted. NO COPYRIGHT. To this category you can submit film or video that explores using other`s intellectual property or refusing of your own copyright in visual art creation. Films that analyse authorship and relations between author and work of art. Also visual works that make relevant copyright as a problem of capitalization in art sphere. This category entry can be produced anywhen from 1910 until 2008. Deadline for entries - July 25, 2008. If submission is late to the competition 2008 (delivered after 25th of July, 2008) it will be automatically postponed to the next yeat contest.
