I tried to fix the first warning:
/WARNING: Your unxsBind named was not started, run:
named-checkconf /usr/local/idns/named.conf
Fix any problems, then run:
/etc/init.d/unxsbind start/
by doing this:

/usr/local/idns/named.conf:54: open: master.zones: file not found

in the install info page, it says I can fix this problem with the next
command:

Could not connect to local socket
MySQL server has gone away

it says it can't connect to local socket, and my MySQL service is
running, that's why I can't figure out what's going on.
I hope someone can tell me what the problem is.
