Another issue i encountered is when i try to ADD a CIDR block in tBlock. 
It gets a hostmaster. dns.unixservice.com  field.. Where do I change that ??
I can see the normal cHostmaster, which I have changed to correspond to my 
setup..
But in regards to importing ip-blocks.. anyone? :)

Yes you should create your own 2 node MySQL replication cluster (can be anyway 
you like a single master and slave for example is fine and provides builtin app 
level failover to 2nd db. failback is not provided
for) and edit each NS's local.h to use just those two IPs.
