What does distributed source control have to do with this topic? The subject was web-based commit access, which would be pointless for any VCS, distributed or not. And as it turns out, no-one hear knows of such a tool for either. I'm fine discussing pros and cons of VC systems when that's the topic, but bringing stuff like this up on a thread that has nothing to do with it is rather annoying. Does every thread even remotely about version control have to turn into a debate about which tool is better?
