What about setting the Content-Type in the header?

Just after posting this I came across a note [1] that using the  
"content-disposition" and the "cache-control" headers together causes  
failure in IE 6. So, I commented out lines 50 and 52. It still doesn't  
work but I am closer. It is now reading the file, but is printing out  
the binary data to the browser instead of downloading it. Thoughts?
