Security through obscurity. Hiding your server setup, code, etc does not make it secure. I'll take a gamble and say that the most widely used scripts on the internet are the most secure. People find and exploit the weak points forcing the vendor to release a new version.

As long as you keep the software up to date then you'll be good. This could be a good opportunity for a maintenance contract with the client.
