I like flot  a lot (http://code.google.com/p/flot/) but don't think it does
pie charts.

google's chart api is pretty nice:  http://code.google.com/apis/charttools/
if you don't mind loading your graph images from a remote source.

pear's Image_Graph (http://pear.veggerby.dk/samples/) is easy to work with,
but also requires gd.
