There's no difference (performance and results) between the following two
queries, right? (I get the same results.)

SELECT
FROM a
        INNER JOIN b
                ON c
                        AND d
WHERE f

SELECT
FROM a
        INNER JOIN b
                ON c
WHERE f AND d
