Are you looking for a pre-built script or help in creating your own?

A custom script should be fairly simple.  Read the line, split on
white space.  The first five elements will help you construct what
time,  the sixth will tell you the user, and the seventh and on can be
concatenated to show the exact command that's supposed to run.
