I've been using opencart; it was the only MVC PHP cart I could find (aside from magento)
it doesn't have all the bloat that magento has. opencart is easy to customize as well (e.g. add new functions/ add new admin panel pages/ whatever). http://www.opencart.com/ i have heard of foxycart, but i'm not sure how it compares. i did do some research a few months ago, but some review comments caused me not to use foxycart; sorry i can't recall any specifics.
