Ok, web optimizers, I have been playing with a site all day trying to determine the best way to optimize it for speed. I have been using the ever so handy Net tab in Firebug, as you can see here:

However, the size that it is receiving is only reported as 63k. So, at this point, I am wondering how to proceed with troubleshooting. Obviously that is the initial query to the server so I can rule out any client side issues. It must be something on the server. Perhaps the scripts for this page are taking a long time. Except if that were the case I would think it would not be in receiving mode, but in "Waiting" mode. I have been looking at this far too long, so I am going to sleep on it. But I would welcome any ideas you have on this.
