@uphpu, We are planning another annual day out at Lagoon this year, on Pioneer Day, Wed. the 24th of July.
We basically all go together and have a ton of fun. Ride rides, push people in fountains, cut in line in front of small children, that sort of thing. They are a blast, too! It's good time experiences. Even though we are going on Pioneer Day, Lagoon is actually slow that day compared to other summer days (source: I go every Pioneer Day) so things like lines are not an issue. Lagoon opens that day at 11 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m. In years past, we show up in the afternoon and stay all night til it's closed, and then goout to dinner afterwards to cram our faces. A one-day ticket for the park is $45 and parking for one car is $9. If you're planning on going more than once to Lagoon this year, I highly recommend getting a season pass. Ping me if you think you're gonna come. So far we have three confirmations: Me (Steve, beandog), Velda (supernovia) and Kevin (DexterTheDragon). It's good to get an idea of how many people are gonna show up. Thanks guys! - Steve _______________________________________________ UPHPU mailing list [email protected] http://uphpu.org/mailman/listinfo/uphpu IRC: #uphpu on irc.freenode.net
