PHPUnit with Jenkins CI is probably your best choice unless your project is open source, then you may just want to use Travis CI.
If you're looking for browser based testing for javascript client side you're looking at CasperJS / PhantomJS vs Selenium... CasperJS is faster, Selenium has better coverage. If you're looking for a good BDD library like Mocha for Nodejs, you may be out of luck (I'm not aware of any good PHP ones).
