Hi everyone,

I am building a course for my university entitled: Online Business and
Analytics

The course is targeted for MBA students, so it is not much of a technical
course, but an overview course. If you can answer a few questions, you
would really help me out.

- What do you wish your customers or managers knew about online businesses
or analytics?

- Do you know of any amazing resources (e.g., online articles, books,

this outline, I would be glad to incorporate them.
