Ticket sales for the conference start March 14, 2016.  Since 2012, the
OpenWest conference tickets have sold out, and despite the new venue,

**  Court Hacks
------------------------------------------------------------

The National Center for State Courts and HackerNest are running
CourtHack, a US justice system hackathon, at the Matheson CourtHouse
in Salt Lake City onMarch 4-5. The goal of the hackathon is to help
fix the court system -- that is, solve endemic problems caused by the
lag in technological advancement in the US courts.

CourtHack features substantial cash and non-cash prizes, including a
month's mentorship at the OneLegal Labs incubator in San Francisco,
and an opportunity to present to the top industry players at eCourt
Conference in Las Vegas. Our judging panel includes Supreme Court
Justice Constandinos Himonas and TechCrunch Senior Editor Matt Burns.
