We use Freshbooks too. It's great for invoices but we also use Godaddy Bookkeeping for cashflow accounting ... it's been fantastic (aside from some performance issues occasionally). It can help organizing for taxes, etc. We also use Ralph Chipman as our accountant (located in SLC) ... he's awesome.
