[uportal-dev] [VOTE] Nick Blair for uPortal committer

I'm working with Nick Blair from UW-Madison on http://www.ja-sig.org/issues/browse/UP-2045 which is an effort to get consistent, human-readable URLs in uPortal. He has provided several patches for this work and contributed quite a bit to uPortal 2.5 and 2.6 when UW originally switched to uPortal in 2005/2006. I think it would be a great benefit to this URL effort and future uPortal work if Nick had direct commit access.
