and I'd like to see it included in uPortal 4.2. (Perhaps I've a bit of bias, what with this work having been done at MyUW's request. :) ). Nonetheless, calling Lazy Consensus on that changeset. uPortal 4.2 will already have a better Portlet Management UI -- and with this defaulting experience it will be even betterer.
