Express! Connect! Collaborate!

The Networking Cafe makes it easy to meet new people around topics of mutual
interest for engaging discussion. The rest is up to you. This year the
Networking Cafe is being extended throughout the conference, with a Networking
Lunch, Networking Lounge, and Ad Hoc spaces.

Join us. Share your interests. Connect and learn together with your peers.
Collaborate by sharing ideas, or even launching collaborative work or projects.
This is your time.

The Networking Cafe consists of these collaboration opportunities:

  * Networking Lunch - A select number of the most popular solicited topics
will have tables at lunch for a Birds of a Feather style discussion.
  * Networking Lounge - A smaller, more intimate conversation venue. Chosen
Topics may be picked by popular voting, groups forming spontaneously,
follow-ups to Open Apereo presentations, and you! The room will be divided in
sections so that up to three simultaneous, unrelated discussions can happen at
the same time.
  * Project Meetings - Reserve meeting spaces for Apereo projects and special
interest groups throughout the conference, including a special Projects day on
Thursday! Contact
conference-plann...@apereo.org<mailto:conference-plann...@apereo.org> to
reserve your space.
  * Lightning Talks - A series of very short presentations, each lasting
only a few minutes. Several will usually be delivered in a single period by
different speakers. Lightning talks will be held on Monday and Tuesday at 3:45
- 4:45pm. Please sign up at
conference-plann...@apereo.org<mailto:conference-plann...@apereo.org>
  * Hack-a-thon - Need some space to work collaboratively? Room will be
available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening if you want a space to
collaboratively work with colleagues and friends.

Be sure to take advantage of these opportunities to make the most of the
conference!
