Are you aware of the relatively new .urp 'file' directive, for embedding
arbitrary files in a more straightforward way?

order. For the bootstrap library, style declarations from the official
Bootstrap.ur are provided. Some additional libraries like
bootstrap-slider and bootstrap-dialog are wrapped.
Cool. I'm planning to release soon a library that happens to include
some Bootstrap dialog support, too.
