Ubar stress teh rupa-rupa. Mun stressna alatan pusing ku pagawean, nya mendingan cuti heula sabulan mah. Mun boga keneh lembur, nya mendingan mudik heula ka lembur. Nepi ka 'fresh' deui. Mun stressna ku sakola, nya sarua deuih, jauhan heula sakolana. cuti we sataun mah...hi hi.. Mun stressna di imah, nya sawatara mah cicing we heula di imah batur.. eh...ulah ketang, mendingan ge nya ....pakansi we...liburan.... Jadi...pokona mah ku cara samentara mah ngajauhan sumber stress.... Aya deui, miceun stress teh ku jalan seuseurian. Da ceunah ceuk batur, seuri teh ngarupakeun hiji obat. Nya minimal pikeun nu nyeri huntu, lamun manehna geus bisa seuri, hartina manehna geus sehat. mung kahade we, tong seuri sosoranganan, komo tengah peuting mah. Susu ganan hate jadi tengtrem, pikiran jadi herang, tur meunang jalan kaluar tina sagala pasualan.... mun ku cara diluhur masih keneh stress, nya wayahna we sing sabar...heu heu...
