(yes, that is what cate's room looks like again, just over a month after the big clean. i tell you, i'm fighting a losing battle with that girl). does that answer your question, mary? i hope it helps! wink. really, cate is also mexican, japanese, native american, swiss, and a lot more- a true american- so we actually have a lot of family history travelling to do, but i really love the romantic beauty of ireland, and have always been drawn to that part of the world. plus i really love corned beef. i mean, look at her hair. i told cate about st. patrick's day and ireland- she has a lot of irish ancestors through me. doesn't she look like lucy from chronicles of narnia? 2. to keep the bedrooms clear i throw all the dirty laundry in the laundry room and shut the door. out of sight, out of mind! happy happy days. with the sun streaming in she'll be here friday and saturday april 3rd and 4th, and she'll be taking appointments for all day/ night both days at my house. back in a few days ps- did i say i would sew this past saturday? i meant next saturday! haha! i always enjoy knitting lacy stuff but this pattern was especially fun, super easy, and portable. wooohoooo!" i found that amazing old shirt (we're big fans) at the thrift store for $1 and it's so soft. it's definately worth the long drive, the best part of dinner was the irish soda bread- it was so so good, and it's really easy to make. but then again, we looove roadtrips. i am not going to worry...about a thing. i love her style. i am determined to get the house clean so i can relax and sew tomorrow. trust me, you'll want her working her magic on you. i am craving some sunshine. when you need to be home, may you find your way.
