Maybe you should try without disabling the readline support. With
the lasts checkouts and with a new Cygwin setup this problem has gone
for me. But if the problem persists for you, you can try removing some
lines in the configure file as I did before (see the forum post). With
this workaround I could compile UrJtag and the readline support works
anyway (don't ask me how...).
