Hallo,

I try to use urjtag to load a svf file generated by Xilinx Impact
into a Digilent nexys2 board via JTAG interface provided by the
EZ-USB FX2LP controller and the usbblaster emulation from ixo-jtag.

The chain is essentially the one given by nexys2prog, the .bit file
is converted to a .svf file by Xilinx impact, than loaded with jtag.

It works, the DONE led is on and the design works, but I always get
an error message

   Error svf: SIR command length inconsistent.

It is caused by the second last svf command

   SIR 14 TDI (3fff) SMASK (3fff) ;

This effect has been discussed briefly before, e.g. in

http://sourceforge.net/projects/urjtag/forums/forum/682993/topic/4006306?message=8912598

but it is not clear to me what's wrong here. I added some more info
to the error message to find out the the message is issued because

   priv->ir->value->len  is  6
   len                   is 14

It's obvious that the length field as well as the constants involved
in the failing SIR command are 14, and it's not clear to be the svf
engine expects something of length 6 here.

Any hint and/or help is very welcome.

                With best regards,      Walter
