i don't mind a heads up, but obviously discussion of a project that has 
nothing to do with urjtag should take place on the relevant project's own 
forums/mailing lists/etc...

yes, it does jtag, and so does urjtag, but that doesn't mean discussing 
openocd development makes sense here either.
