NC Department of Health and Human* *seeking a contractor to assist with the
design and establishment of the development environment (i.e., the hardware
and software) for NC FAST Project.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Development of technical recommendations
• Implementation of policy and standards relating to the design,
creation,security and recovery for the NC FAST Case Management System
Architecture, (to include COTS (commercial off the shelf),Curam Enterprise
Framework Components, Rational Rose Enterprise, Rational ClearCase, and
WebSphere)
• Responsible for status reporting to the NC FAST Project Manager and for
adhering to DHHS policies and procedures.
*Required** Skills*:
• Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills
to address and solve issues.
• Extensive technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web
application system analysis and programming: Java, J2SE, J2EE, IBM
Websphere, Eclipse, HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Web Services standards (SOAP and
WSDL); Database platforms and tools (XML, DB2 UDB or Oracle).
• Experience with implementing and configuring Rational Rose, Rational
ClearCase, and WebSphere environments.
• Ability to create and write technical documents using MS Office products,
Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• *Curam Enterprise Framework Components*
• Rational Rose, Rational ClearCase, TestDirector, LoadRunner, Crystal
Reports, Apache Tomcat, Apache Ant, LDAP.
*Preferred SKills:*
• Experience with State government Business IT Functions.
