Layer-3 Tier-3 Support: This position has worldwide responsibility for the
IP/MPLS network infrastructure that supports multiple services.
Responsibilities include enabling technology introduction, support for
complex solutions and new features to support rapidly growing IP backbone.
This position requires an IP/MPLS Subject Matter Expert (SME) who is able to
analyze technical network and systems problems, determine root cause issues,
develop innovative solutions, and recommend remediation plans to resolve
technology-specific problems in global IP/MPLS network infrastructure.
