*Business analyst* *6 months* *Newark NJ* Our client is in need of a Senior Business Analyst for a 6 month contract. The candidate will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. They will formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. They will write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs . They will document algorithms, identifies logical system architecture, specifies system interfaces, documents operational requirements, develops test plans . They will oversee acceptance testing, develops user guides, provides user training, and supports the user in development of work processes. They will work under the direction of a team leader or project manager. This positions requires a minimum of 6 years experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements, and the development of functional and operational improvements to business applications. Candidates must have experience with the following: Knowledge of enrollment/membership activities.
