Candidates without on-line trading/brokerage experience will not be

*Minimum Requirements:*
Project Manager with On-line Trading Systems Experience
MUST HAVE:
- 7+ years of PM experience in Brokerage
- 2+ years of on-line trading systems experience
- experience workign in a matrixed environment (influence without
authority)
- One of the following:
- *On-line Trading/Brokerage Education *experience (broker
accreditation/certification, trader education, LMS, CBT) a must
- this will
fill sooner than later.
- *On-lineTrading Client Experience* (seek folks out of eTrade,
Fidelity, Schwab, OptionsExpress, etc.)
- 2 - General On-line Trading/Brokerage experience
