They are looking for someone with Lead Business Analyt skills withe experience working with WebSphere Customer Center/Infosphere MDM Server (Formerly known as DWL). If they do not have skills with WCC then will need 90% of the following skills. *MUST HAVES:* -must be a TECHNICAL BA -Customer Information System -Data Integration, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, Data Warehouse -DB2 mainframe skills, experience writing SPUFI and using Platinum -Understanding of distributed type systems -Strong understanding of data interfaces and basic ETL concepts -understanding of relational database concepts -Requirements Approach, Requirements Gathering, Requirements Management, Requirements Traceability, writing Test Cases, Use Cases -experience with UML, UNIX, Websphere, XML -exp participating in and understanding process of translating business requirements into solution design -leadership capabilities, ability to lead sub-teams, coach more junior BAs.
