Monitor performance of assigned system applications, resolving operational
abends, Investigate reported code defects and resolve or recommend a
solution.
Guide junior staff members on their assignments. Mentor junior staff members
on business knowledge, system peculiarities, and complex technical issues.
Expand technical and business knowledge through reading, research,
on-the-job training and classroom training.
