Please let me know if you have any consultant for this position. *Location:* Highpoint, NC *Duration:* 3 Months *Description:* *Project Name: * Implementation Pre-Planning *Project Description:* (What project will the contractor be working on?) Assistance to our client to help with pre-planning activities related to an SAP implementation that will start later this year. We are seeking a candidate that can meet the following requirements (in prioritized order of importance): • Experience that matches the project scope – This is a full, net new SAP ECC 6.0 implementation. Not looking for candidates who have led pieces of projects (e.g., the technical development side of the project, the FDA validation part of the project, the Order to Cash piece of the project), but multiple experiences of true overall project management of full ERP implementations. • Expert-level pharmaceutical industry experience o Pharma experience, not med device or other FDA-regulated industry experience o Cross-functional business experience (i.e., not just related IT technical experience or singular Finance focus, but true business process expertise across all operational aspects of a pharma company) o Focus in pharma is preferred, but at the very least, heavy recent experience is required (i.e., one project in a 10 year career does not constitute Pharma expertise; 5 years of Pharma experience in the 1990s does not constitute Pharma expertise; multiple projects of limited scope such as requirements gathering or interface development does not constitute Pharma expertise) • Expert-level project management experience – Demonstrated experience managing complex business/IT projects is required. Per the first bullet above, multiple experiences managing all aspects of an ERP implementation is a must. Experience interacting with/presenting to company executives is required. Flawless communication skills are required. • SAP experience – Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 is preferred, but would consider a candidate who has elite-level experience on all other requirements, but lacks strong SAP experience (i.e., one who has all the required skills but has strong Oracle E-Business Suite experience and little/no SAP experience.
