Location: Boston,MA Duration: 6+ Months Description: *Blackberry Developer - We have an additional position within this same group for a Blackberry Developer that has experience with Java.* *We are looking for someone that J2ME and MDS experience. Candidates must have heavy financial experience - this will be working on equity research applications - and must have experience with J2ME and MDS (Blackberry Tool kit) - these are absolute requirements. This application will require capturing information from many access points (the main application and other applications). Consultant must have prior investment industry experience. Any experience specifically with equity research systems would be highly desirable. Overall, work will be a mix of both front and backend development. Person will serve as the lead/go-to person on the team and will help out with code reviews of the others. Person will also be asked to pinch hit on other related applications. *Java 5 and SQL are a must have. Hibernate is a plus. In terms of front end development; Swing and Ajax are good skills to have.
