The data structures contain volume and revenue time series on base, acquisition and disconnect and migration customers by product and segment. Data quality and consistency checking (data cleanup) is required. The work also involves preliminary statistical analyses and modeling of this data. * *The NPW is responsible for working with an existing team of analysts to extract and integrate business mobility data from various sources and to create time-structured data objects suitable for descriptive analysis and modeling. The work supports analysis of business mobility volumes and revenues by segment and industry. There will be a heavy focus on factors affecting growth, adds, upgrades and disconnects. * Skill Set Required: * * *Statistics Ph.D. strongly preferred. Statistical programming skills in S+, R, SAS and TIBCO Spotfire Miner (formerly known as Insightful Miner) or SAS Miner. * *Strong predictive modeling skills.
