Below is the job description: *Years Skills/Experience* 6 Application development experience involving enterprise-level IT solutions. 4 Web-based application development for both Inter- and Intranet environments. 3 Writing stored procedures, triggers, functions and other database objects in Oracle 10g. Strong Extensive knowledge of IBM WebSphere, and Sun Java. J2EE Development JDK - (Servlets, JSP, JSF, EJB, JDBC, JMS) and J2EE specifications. Strong Experience participating in customer JAD sessions when required and assist in system re-design by offering suggestions defined within the scope of the project. Strong Strong understanding and knowledge of the WebSphere/J2EE architecture, EJB, OOD skills, and J2EE integration points with external or third party products. Strong understanding of the MVC pattern STRUTS2 framework Strong Ability to produce clear and concise documentation (technical & customer). Strong Willingness to work flexible hours. Strong Ability to work in a team environment *Preferences:* *Years Skills/Experience* 2 - 4 J2EE 1-2 Experience within a Health and Human Services Commission Agency desired Knowledge of IBM Websphere Portal Knowledge of SOA. Knowledge of Windows NDS security Knowledge in SDLC’s, UML and Use Case methodologies Knowledge of connecting to the databases and SQL.
