Knowledge of Beta Systems Brokerage software
Responsibilities:
• Assist client in determining Internal and External Interface
requirements, participate in interface data mapping sessions, work with
Processing Support, Third Party Vendors, and Technical Liaison to build
interfaces in client test and production regions. Support client testing of
interfaces.
• Coordinate BETA Link installation and setup including
software, technical infrastructure, user id’s, system security, entitlement
schedules and workspace customization.
• Work with client, Technical Liaisons, Print Control, to select
forms and reports and delivery / viewing requirements. Work with Access
Control, Print Control Groups, and Processing Support to define printers to
the network and facilitate printer testing with the client.
• Document, plan and report with PMO task required to support
Interfaces, T1 & BETALink, and Forms and report management
• Work with the Production Control-Operations Teams to ensure
that all JCL is setup for test and production events
• Managing escalation and communication with Team Lead and
Conversion Lead BETA
