*C++ DEVELOPER* * * *Location: Creve Coeur, MO - Prefer Local local to Missouri* *Duration: July 27 - July 25, 2010* *Rate: $38/hr max* *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* *The successful candidate will be expected to: * *• Complete the objectives of each assignment (typically project tasks)* *• Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements and occasionally work with project teams to define scope for each project* *• To develop and integrate applications per written specifications. May also be responsible for writing moderate to complex design specifications* *• To translate technical requirements into application code and modules* *• Interface with the Business Analysts and Technical Team Leads to ensure the proper requirements are understood and being met* *• Interface with QA to ensure the application performs as, or better, than expected* *• To aid in the preparation of status updates for projects* *• Make moderate to complex modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with written specifications and industry standards* *• Develop software application modules using disciplined software development processes* *• Perform unit tests on applications written by self and others* *• Write additional unit tests for new functional requirements* *• Take part in reviews of own work.
