We are looking for a local candidate for a *Software QA position* in *Plymouth, M**A*. This is a *2-3 month contract** *and the *rate is $40/hr*. Candidates *must have a Software Testing Certification*. Focus is on *manual testing but will use automation tools like QTP and Test Director*. *E-Commerce experience is required* and *AS400 is a huge plus.*** Communication and location are factors as well. Professional, take charge Very Analytical Software Quality Certified Looking for a seasoned candidate that has *10+ years* and passion for testing. 1. Understands all phases of Development/SQA life cycle 2. Is a seasoned Tester. Has a diversified QA back-ground; Vast experience in Testing. Minimally must be competent in Functional and Regression Testing. Has tested on multiple platforms, databases, web applications, performed database validation etc. 3. Is very analytical, motivated, can work independently and will hit the ground running 4. Is proficient in analyzing Business Requirements and/or Technical/Functional Specifications; creating detailed test plans/strategies; design, modification and execution of test cases; manipulate test data viaToad (Oracle database); compiles test results; defect tracking/issue resolution. 5. Communicate professionally at all levels, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Developer, Operations Team, Peers, Management etc 6. Automation is a bonus. Knowledge, use of Testdirector and QTP (Quick Test Professional). 7. Has prior testing experience with direct selling businesses, internet ordering and web applications is preferred 8.
