Location:*NYC* *Responsibilities* This resource will act as a project manager/business analyst for a new trade capture/blotter solution which will integrate to a new trade processing infrastructure that focuses on flow products. Within this scope, the CTB team will be responsible for: • Project plan definition and tracking • Documentation of business requirements (including process flows) • Preparation of test packs • Performance of smoke tests • Management of UAT • Management of release communication • Partnership with IT for scoping & delivery • Issue identification, escalation & mitigation • Provide oversight of process *Personal Qualifications* Implementing solutions across a trading desk presents a number of challenges due to the regional fragmentation of desks and support function. This particular role is key to the success of the overall implementation of the desktop solution and, as such, we are seeking someone with proven delivery capabilities and lots of drive and determination to assist with all implementation activities. The role would best suit an experienced project-orientated Business Analyst who has implemented different technical solutions to demanding clients. The successful candidate would be an external contactor who would be the equivalent of a senior AVP. He/she should have good knowledge of investment banking processes and should have a high-level understanding of trade flows from Front Office through to Back Office. The individual will normally work in a team environment although he/she will also need to be comfortable engaging businesses on his/her own and working with minimal supervision. He/she will need to demonstrate good communication skills and be able to deliver compelling and credible arguments to both senior and junior stakeholders. The candidate will also be required to either perform or supervise implementation activities so they need to demonstrate strong delivery and leadership skills. *Mandatory Skills required:* • Minimum of *5* years *Financial Services experience* and minimum of *3*years *Trading group experience* • Minimum of *3* years as a *Business Analyst* • Proven ability to deliver in a challenging environment balancing conflicting priorities • Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills • Strong Excel, Powerpoint.
