Client: Dept. of Health Job Location: Tallahassee, FL Job Duration: 6 months with a possible 1 year extension Job Type: On-site 40 hours a week Bill Rate Range: $30/hr. *Job Description:* The Quovadx Cloverleaf Integration Broker Technical Support will assist in the processing of both standardized HL7 messages and ASCII flat files via Cloverleaf services for inserts into a centralized repository and trouble shooting related to the utilization of electronic reporting in accordance with the requirements outlined in Florida Administrative Code 64D-3. Ø Facilitate the process of ELR in accordance with Florida Administrative Code 64D-3, Ø Create rules and defined transformation logic for as part of translation of HL7 messages to SQL 2005 databases, Ø Appropriate programming for various ELR feed sources to facilitate needed data conversions, Ø Ensure optimized flow controls from messages to database destinations, Ø Contribute to the strategic planning for long term implementation of ELR for Florida DOH, Ø Evaluate, Troubleshoot, and Monitor the ongoing operations of ELR for Florida DOH, Ø Communicate problems and resolutions to the ELR stakeholders across the Divisions and Bureaus of Florida DOH Ø Create all operationally needed message broker functions for Florida DOH ELR trading partner laboratories, Ø Maintain a interface specifications document consistent with Florida DOH methodologies and standards, Ø Work with the ELR Stakeholder working group and the Division Information Officer, to develop a detailed implementation plan, Ø Create clear and complete reports of all external laboratory activities and communications.
